We are seeking a skilled Gun Mechanic / Operator to join our team and contribute to the success of our Offshore Seismic Project. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our gunboats, which will require a strong understanding of marine machinery and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:- Operate and navigate gunboats in offshore waters, ensuring safe navigation and compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain and repair gunboat engines and mechanical systems, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects, and assist in loading and unloading equipment and supplies as needed.
- At least 5 years of experience operating and maintaining gunboats in offshore environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues.
