Job Description:
">We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Your primary responsibilities will include performing engineering tasks, assisting seniors in completing design work, and developing and checking structural schemes. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering presentations to internal teams, producing comprehensive structural calculations, and developing design details for production of drawings.
In addition, you will provide technical guidance to CAD Designers, Drafters, and lower level Engineers working on the same project, maintain good communication and cooperation with all project team members, and understand and demonstrate the value of diversity.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 12 years of related work experience. You should have experience in roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC region.
You will also need good project management skills and business acumen, as well as proficiency in structural analysis software such as MIDAS / SAP2000 / CSI Bridge / STAAD.
