To drive business growth and efficiency, the successful candidate will lead daily operations, making informed decisions aligned with strategic objectives. This includes optimizing resource allocation to maximize revenue and developing short- and long-term plans for operational excellence, marketing, human resources, financial performance, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. The executive director will provide strategic leadership to ensure the organization's achievement of short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals in revenue, customer satisfaction, and service quality.">
  3. Demonstrate expertise in business acumen, strategic thinking, executive maturity, entrepreneurial spirit, and execution excellence.">
  4. Collaborate with management and administrative personnel to review reports, identifying necessary changes and improvements.">
  5. Represent the organization on hospitality boards and associations, promoting its interests.">
  6. Maintain open communication with the board of directors, providing essential information for decision-making.">
  7. Develop and present annual budget proposals for approval, keeping the board informed.">
  8. Establish data recording and reporting procedures, identify areas for improvement, and report outcomes to management.">
  9. Investigate customer complaints through dedicated committees.">
  10. Develop corrective and preventive action plans to address business needs.">

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is required, while a master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 20-25 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or catering industries is required.
