We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to assume the role of Group Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a dynamic organization with diverse subsidiaries in various locations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles, as well as experience in implementing financial modules on ERP systems, preferably Odoo. They will be expected to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a centralized finance function, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives;
  • Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks;
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, to provide insights for decision-making;
  • Managing financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis;
  • Overseeing treasury functions, including cash management, risk management, and banking relationships;
  • Leading the implementation of the financial modules of an ERP system (Odoo);
  • Driving financial systems and processes improvement initiatives;
  • Managing financial accounting and reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards;
  • Providing financial support to subsidiaries, including financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting;
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications and requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is preferred;
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
