Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance technician to perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of properties.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with various systems and equipment.
  • Keep track of inventory and ensure necessary supplies are stocked.
  • Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants and property managers.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Complete tasks within given timeframes to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
  • Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the area.
