Wood Finishing and Painting Lead

We are seeking an experienced Wood Finishing and Painting Lead to oversee the wood finishing and painting process in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood finishing and painting, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the wood finishing and painting process, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
  • Leadership of a team of workers, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Mixing and matching colors, applying finishes evenly, and handling spray guns and other painting tools.
  • Ensuring compliance with factory safety practices and material handling procedures.
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or 12th pass.
  • 7-8 years of experience in wood finishing and painting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Strong knowledge of different wood finishing techniques, including sealer coats, PU, NC, melamine, staining, and polishing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with factory safety practices and material handling procedures.
  • GCC experience required.

Accommodation and medical insurance provided. Competitive salary range: 170-200 BHD. Once in 2 years ticket. Nationality: Indian.
