At HR Ways, we are seeking a highly skilled Jira Service Management Specialist to join our team for a two-year contract. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and customizing the Jira service management product to meet the needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Platform administration and customization requirements
- Configuration of ITSM systems, including fault, performance, and impact analysis dashboards
- Creation of reports and dashboards

The successful candidate will have experience in administering and troubleshooting core services such as FTP, DNS, DHCP, QIP, web services, and other key 3rd party products. They will also possess expertise in process design and documentation at both program level and user level.
We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including problem structuring, analysis, and ability to translate information into actionable implications and recommendations. The ideal candidate will also have facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as proficiency in negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Relevant certifications will add value
Apart from the technical skills, the ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Government experience is an added advantage.
