**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Gulf University, Kingdom Of Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various departments, including Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Facilities and Purchasing.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the efficient management of university resources
  2. Supervise staff administrative activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  3. Oversee the management of finances, collections, and purchases
  4. Manage buildings and grounds, including repair, construction, and remodeling
  5. Ensure effective recruitment, contracting, termination, training, development, and induction programs for administrative staff
  6. Submit an annual report on administrative and financial operations to the President

**Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate must have a PhD recognized by the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as relevant academic and administrative experience. They should possess a high professional reputation, good conduct, and behavior, and not have been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.
