  • Maintain accurate departure logs and engage tenants about contract renewal.
  • Process termination notices, coordinate lease terminations, and conduct apartment inspections.
  • E nsure front desk staff are accessible to address inquiries professionally.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls.
  • Make courtesy calls, track interactions, and distribute monthly feedback reports.
  • Record complaints, coordinate resolutions, follow up, and update the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive connections with guests, tenants, and property owners.
  • Ensure arrival paperwork is up-to-date.
