Master Brewer

We are seeking a highly skilled Barista to join our team at RESO. As a Master Brewer, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment;
• Cleaning service and seating areas;
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers;
• Servicing customers and taking orders;
• Ordering, receiving, and distributing stock supplies;
• Receiving and processing customer payments;
• Counting bank at end of shift;
• Completing designated cashier reports;
• Resolving any discrepancies;
• Dropping off receipts;
• Securing bank;

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, protecting company assets, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a professional appearance.
