Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Development and implementation of internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Leadership of the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Review of all disbursements, claims, and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assistance in monthly financial closings, budgets, forecasts, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintenance of accurate and detailed records of financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA/ACCA certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting, preferably in a 5-star environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting systems, and internal controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Opera, Sun Systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
