Job Title: IT Asset Administrator: — Essential Role for IT Equipment Management

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage the receiving, storing, and issuing of IT equipment. This may involve occasional physical handling of PCs and other devices.
  • The selected candidate will work in our IT department's storeroom, supervising the unloading and loading of IT equipment, and verifying delivery documents.
  • This role also involves processing IT-related invoices and utilizing common Microsoft Office tools for daily tasks.
  • We require a candidate with excellent skills in MS-Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bahraini National Only: Please note that this position is open to Bahraini nationals only.
  2. Manage IT equipment inventory, including receipt, storage, and issuance.
  3. Supervise the unloading/loading of IT equipment in the storeroom and verify item delivery documents.
  4. Process IT department invoices in a timely manner.
  5. Utilize MS Office tools, such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams, for daily tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bahraini nationality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to learn and use available corporate applications for IT asset management and service requests

Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced IT environment, with occasional physical handling of equipment. The successful candidate will be based in Bahrain and will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
