We are seeking a highly skilled Café Specialist to prepare and serve high-quality beverages to our customers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized café area.

About the Job:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation.
• Develop a strong understanding of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques to provide expert recommendations to customers.
• Promote special drinks or menu items to customers, enhancing sales and revenue growth.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members alike.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if needed, adapting to changing business demands.
