About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests upon arrival.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, including client bookings, special events, and allergies.

  • Process reservation inquiries via telephone or through booking systems (Sevenrooms and Opentable).
  • Verify next day reservations and assign correct tags in the system.
  • Retrieve and update reservation information from the system.
  • Ccancel, amend, and confirm existing reservations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure impeccable appearance at all times, adhering to the restaurant's personal appearance standards.
  • Communicate guest information, such as reservation notes and birthdays, to the Manager on duty.
  • Report any security issues to the Manager on duty.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Hostess.
  • Able to work various shifts, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
