Job Title

Lead the financial client journey payments teams to support clients and provide operational capabilities across the network.

  • Drive client input into the client journey to elevate the client experience and deliver high-quality interactions.
  • Ensure continual experimentation within the client journey to align with strategy and product backlog.
Key Responsibilities

Direct and control service delivery for cash management in the country.

Proactively manage risks associated with offering cash products, cheque clearing, and branches.

Supervise branch staff, including coaching, development, and discipline to meet unit goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Create and maintain a 'client services-oriented' culture to bring efficiency in operations and achieve highest client satisfaction.

  • Benchmark client service with market leaders and determine ways of achieving leadership.
  • Ensure effective business continuity plans and emergency management procedures exist.
  • Lead projects for various products, mainly regulatory-related projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years in payment/remittance space.
  • Advanced SWIFT payment knowledge.
  • Cheques and clearing experience.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
