Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide personal administrative support to management and senior staff. This includes conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities such as receiving and handling information, managing correspondence, reports and documents, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Take, type, and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Implement and maintain office systems
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Handle incoming mail and other material
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Collate information
  • Maintain databases
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a secretarial role
• Excellent English language skills
• Proficient in computers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
