We are looking for a highly motivated Governance Specialist to join our team. As a Board Secretary Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Board Secretary in all matters related to the Company Secretariat function.
You will assist the Board Secretary in providing strategic advice to the business on corporate governance matters, anticipate and identify corporate governance gaps, and track performance against strategic initiatives.
You will also prepare all documentation required for the Company's Board and committees, build relationships of mutual trust with stakeholders, and ensure the maintenance of high standards of corporate governance within the company.
Main Responsibilities:- To support the Board Secretary in providing strategic advice to the business on corporate governance matters.
- To anticipate and identify corporate governance gaps for Beyon and other subsidiaries under its portfolio.
- To track performance against strategic initiatives.
- To prepare all documentation required for the Company's Board and committees.
- To ensure the maintenance of high standards of corporate governance within the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate governance or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
