About the Job
We are expanding into the Gulf area and are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our market reach and building strong relationships with clients across KSA, UAE, and Bahrain. As part of our international sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers in the Gulf region, focusing on KSA, UAE, and Bahrain. You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers in the Gulf region, focusing on KSA, UAE, and Bahrain
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts and client needs
- Leverage support from online marketing initiatives to generate and nurture leads
- Travel within the Gulf region to meet clients, present solutions, and strengthen customer relationships
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using a CRM tool and provide regular updates on progress and key sales metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Effective communication in English
- High-level commercial education and deep understanding of the use of IT in larger companies and/or ISVs
- Ability to combine IT knowledge with commercial insight and possess strong business acumen
- Customer experience from the IT industry and ability to easily understand customer business logic
- Relevant and strong network in the area (Bahrain, UAE, and KSA)
