**Job Title:** Handyman Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced handyman to perform maintenance and repair tasks in various areas, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting.

**Responsibilities:

• Perform basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
• Conduct carpentry work including repairing furniture, building shelves and cabinets, and installing doors.
• Handle electrical tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing outlets, and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and tools used for maintenance work.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or requests.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner with attention to quality and safety standards.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting techniques, and other repair tasks.
• Ability to use various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Good communication skills with the ability to understand clients' needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects or standing for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a related field is preferred.
