Warehouse Compliance Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Compliance Specialist to join our team at RESO.

About the Role: As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in our logistics chain. Your expertise will ensure that all products in our warehouse meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement management systems to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards within the framework of our Quality Management System.
• Evaluate and improve documentation, traceability, and approval processes necessary for compliance with regulatory requirements in our logistics chain (storage, packaging, dispatch, distribution) for products available in our warehouse.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide advice on compliance matters related to regulatory requirements and current industry standards to internal stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, suppliers, workers, and corporate teams.
• Clean and maintain the organization of our warehouse and/or facilities in compliance with our 5 S program.
• Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels, CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs.
• Develop or update procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting product complaints.
• Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
• Provide training and support to quality assurance team members on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
• Ensure implementation and practice of relevant QHSE systems according to ISO standards and legal requirements across all DSV Bahrain operational facilities.
• Analyze data through weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly statistics reports.
• Identify process gaps within the organization and collaborate with top management to address them.
• Frequently visit company facilities, conduct observation tours, HSE walks, and inspections, and implement other relevant HSE tools.
• Work as an internal auditor to conduct IMS audits.
• Collaborate with the inventory department for conducting cyclical stock counts to maintain stock integrity and ensure adherence to client contracts and DSV cyclical requirements.
• Follow up on discrepancies, non-conformities, and report developments and actions daily.
