Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising the store and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing costs, and achieving sales goals.
  • Forecast sales and identify trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Coach and guide staff on product knowledge and new products.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage stock levels, receive regular vendor deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate teams.
