  • We work closely with clients to develop and implement baseline programs.

  • We approve contracts and baseline programs, collaborating with senior project managers and construction managers.
  • Ongoing development, monitoring, and updating of delivery programs are key responsibilities.
  • We review contract documents, contractors' site organization, and planners' CVs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • We review and approve design schedules, guaranteeing alignment with the overall project schedule.
  • Similarly, we review and approve construction schedules, ensuring coordination with current construction schedules.
  • We examine procurement schedules, verifying their compliance and coordination.
  • Progress monitoring, evaluation, and reporting are critical components, focusing on contractors' major construction progress.

Essential Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in large international airport projects is required.
  • Primavera P6 expertise is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to make informed decisions and possess technical/professional knowledge is vital.
  • Flexibility and proficiency in English are required.
  • Mentoring and teamwork skills are crucial.
