Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training services to clients in the Middle East. As a key member of our Technical Services department, you will work closely with the Head of Training Technical Services to achieve business objectives.

About the Position

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering training courses to meet customer requirements.
• Identifying new training opportunities and developing innovative solutions.
• Ensuring that all training services meet high-quality standards.
• Staying current with industry trends and developments.
• Improving own competencies and qualifications as a trainer.
• Providing support and guidance to junior trainers.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HSE, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Training Services Provider or similar field.
• Relevant training certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, IRCA, etc.).
• Pre-qualification with relevant authorities.
• Valid local driver's license.
