This role combines two essential functions: lifeguarding and pool attending. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of pool users, while as a pool attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of the swimming pool and its surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of physical fitness, be able to work well under pressure, and have good problem-solving skills. You should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and pool users.
Responsibilities will include monitoring the pool and exercising control when necessary, checking water and chemical levels regularly, following daily checklists and procedures, serving guests at the entrance, providing towels, loungers, and setting up side tables, and participating in all health club events.
