About the Role:

  • As a Luxury Jewellery Consultant, you will be the face of our prestigious brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, personalized styling advice, and creating memorable experiences for clients.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and close sales, while cultivating long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • With a strong understanding of luxury jewellery collections, craftsmanship, gemstones, and trends, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them find the perfect piece of jewellery for every occasion.
  • You will stay up-to-date on new product arrivals, industry developments, and brand promotions to ensure that you are always knowledgeable and able to communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on high-end jewellery, watches, or accessories.
  • Strong understanding of luxury jewellery, gemstones, metals, and trends, with excellent communication skills to convey technical aspects in an approachable manner.
