Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers to selected candidates. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of recruitment activity and providing reports to management as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the HR Manager in developing job descriptions and assist Heads of Department in identifying recruitment needs,
  2. Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent,
  3. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and extending offers to selected candidates,
  4. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and prepare reports for management,
  5. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers,
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other stakeholders,
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations and ensure compliance with these requirements,
  8. Participate in training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Language and Communication Skills: Fluent Arabic and very good English language skills are essential for this role.
