At RESO, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance products.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business process management professional to drive process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement changes that will have a significant impact on our business.

  • Business Process Management:

We are looking for someone who can evaluate current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes. The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Process Manager and stakeholders to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy.

  • Collaboration:

The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate cross-functional collaboration for process improvements and provide training and support to ensure successful implementation.

  • Implementation of Changes:

We need someone who can develop and implement process improvement initiatives, coordinate the execution of new processes, and re-engineer existing processes or create entirely new ones.

  • Communication and Performance Monitoring:

The successful candidate will monitor and analyze process performance, measure the effectiveness of processes, and communicate changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, project management, or business analysis
  • Ability to create/manage process documents effectively and accurately
  • Experience in visualization tools such as MS Office, Visio, and other market-demanded tools
  • Banking experience (specifically in transaction banking - Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance)
  • Strong understanding of banking digital transformation and integration projects
  • Business knowledge of banking, finance, and IT support functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
