ERP Specialist: Technical Support and Training Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP specialist to provide technical support and training to end-users. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and training to ERP users on finance and inventory domains.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation and customer service principles is essential.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities to resolve user complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 1-2 years of experience in ERP implementation and process knowledge.
- Familiarity with finance and inventory domains and ability to handle complex queries.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
