The Guest Service Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents at Four Seasons Private Residences. This high-profile position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to resident requests by accurately assessing their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Assist residents with luggage, transportation, and deliveries while maintaining proper records.
- Offer assistance to residents, visitors, and vendors regarding residential common areas and services.
- Greet all residents and guests passing through the lobby, offering assistance as needed.
- Deliver messages, packages, laundry, and groceries to units.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Handle resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Communicate resident requests effectively to the Residence Concierge to ensure prompt completion of tasks.
- Act in matters related to safety, security, satisfaction, and wellbeing of residents and fellow employees.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1+ year bell/guest services experience in a hospitality environment.
- Able to prioritize and multitask, with a high attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule required, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand for 8 hours per shift and lift up to 100 lbs.
