Automation Testing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering high-quality results on time.

  • About the Role:
  • This is a senior-level position that requires strong technical leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering automation testing projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience in Selenium, Java, and/or Python with functional testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with JIRA for test management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Plan and execute automation testing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Mentorship and Guidance:
  • Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
