Desired Candidate Profile
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) or equivalent, demonstrating expertise.
  • Demonstrates at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the solar energy industry, with a focus on site engineering and project management.
  • Has a strong understanding of solar PV system design, installation, and commissioning, including grid-tied and off-grid systems.
