About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Developer to join our technology team in Bahrain. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems that directly power our SDKs and APIs. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment focused on production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust ML models and AI solutions tailored for SDK and API integration.
- Work with large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights, engineer features, and train predictive models.
- Collaborate with data engineers, full stack developers, and product teams to seamlessly integrate ML solutions into products.
- Develop and maintain ML pipelines, ensuring continuous training, deployment, and performance monitoring in production.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance, reliability, and scalability in live environments.
- Stay current with AI, deep learning, and ML research and advancements to continually innovate.
- Develop tools and frameworks to streamline ML development and deployment workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies throughout model development and deployment.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Proficient in Python and strong programming skills relevant to data science.
- Solid foundation in statistics, mathematics, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, Azure ML).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be currently based in Bahrain.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Understanding of MLOps tooling and practices (MLflow, DVC, Airflow).
- Prior experience developing AI applications in sectors like education, healthcare, or industrial.
- Familiarity with LLMs and frameworks like HuggingFace or LangChain.
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Contribution to open-source ML/AI projects.
