Location: Bahrain

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC
to join our team in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who combines strong technical expertise in HVAC systems with proven sales experience in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key accounts in Bahrain.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle—from technical evaluation to closing.
  • Prepare proposals, technical presentations, and cost estimates tailored to client needs.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Bahrain.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of HVAC sales experience
    in Bahrain.
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain's HVAC market, tendering procedures, and client networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license.

Preferred

  • Existing relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers in Bahrain.
  • Experience with leading HVAC brands and applied equipment.
