Purpose:

Lead and manage IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality. The role requires expertise in both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, assign responsibilities, and oversee execution.
  • Manage project communications, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and drive timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships across teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
  • 7–10 years' experience managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
  • Proven success in both Waterfall and Agile projects, including transformation initiatives.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve conflicts.
  • Skilled in risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • On-time, on-budget project delivery.
  • Effective communication of progress, risks, and issues.
  • Minimal deviations between planned vs. actual cost and schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: BD1, BD2, per month
