About the role
We are currently looking to hire a Bartender who will be responsible to provide an excellent guest experience and can create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests' needs and expectations.

What you will do

  • Garnish and present beverages attractively to enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Ensure that all drinks are served promptly and at the correct temperature.

  • Welcome guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar.

  • Recommend beverages based on guests' preferences and provide information about the drink offerings.

  • Take drink and food orders from guests at the bar and in the dining area, ensuring accuracy in recording the order.

  • Process guest bills, handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide receipts.

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing glassware, utensils, and equipment.

  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies, including alcohol, mixers, fruits, and other necessary ingredients.

  • Work closely with the restaurant team, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient service and a seamless dining experience.

What you bring

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.

  • Strong knowledge of mixology, food and beverage pairings, and preparation methods.

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Flexible schedule—available for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred.
