Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Bahrain – Locally Available Candidates Only
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented "Helpdesk Analyst" to join our IT support team.
The Key Responsibilities:
Resolve Level 1 end-user IT issues, including account management and access problems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral/device issues.
Assist with new user onboarding and guide adoption of new technologies.
Provide remote or in-person support using helpdesk tools.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in helpdesk or IT support.
Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: BD BD per month
