Role Description

This is a part-time, freelance role for a CIPS Trainer based on-site in Jannusan. The trainer will be responsible for delivering CIPS training sessions, developing course materials, assessing learners' progress, and providing feedback. The role also involves ensuring that training activities meet the standards set by the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) and coordinating with other faculty members and administrative staff to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering CIPS training and a strong understanding of CIPS curriculum
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to learners
• Ability to develop engaging course materials and training resources
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Relevant certifications, such as CIPS certification
• Previous experience in vocational training or adult education is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
