Florist

The florist is responsible for designing, preparing, and arranging floral creations that meet the brand's aesthetic and customer expectations. This role includes daily production, customized orders, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality floral arrangements (bouquets, centerpieces, boxes, gift sets) following brand guidelines.
• Handle customized orders for walk-ins, online orders, events, and corporate clients.
• Prepare flowers: cutting, conditioning, hydrating, and maintaining freshness.
• Manage daily inventory of flowers, tools, and supplies; report shortages.
• Ensure store display and work area are always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Provide excellent customer service—assist customers with selection and recommendations.
• Coordinate with management for special events, promotions, and seasonal collections.
• Receive and unpack flower shipments, ensure proper storage and temperature.
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines in handling flowers and tools.
• Support packaging, delivery preparation, and gift wrapping as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a florist or floral assistant (preferred).
• Strong sense of design, color coordination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly, especially during peak times and events.
• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of flower care and handling.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends, special occasions, and holidays.
