- Set up and operate Krah machinery for the production of large-diameter plastic pipes. Ensure accurate calibration, machine alignment, and efficient operation throughout the production process
- Monitor the production process, adjusting machine settings as needed to maintain consistent product quality and minimize waste.
- Load raw materials into the machine and ensure a continuous supply of materials during the production process. Handle materials safely and efficiently to avoid contamination or damage
- Identify and resolve issues during the production process, including machine malfunctions, material defects, or operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine settings, output, and maintenance activities. Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Minimum of 6 years of experience operating Krah machinery in a plastic manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in plastic extrusion or injection molding.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
