Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Understand client goals and marketing objectives, especially in social media campaigns, and translate them into actionable plans for the internal team.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the marketing team, providing clear briefs, feedback, and updates.
- Organize, schedule, and manage meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables using tools like and CRM systems.
- Maintain and update client information and project progress in CRM tools.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with clients.
- Prioritize and organize multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or social media management within a marketing or digital agency.
- basic social media knowledge across platforms like Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in scheduling, task management, and meeting coordination.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., , Trello) and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in reporting, analytics, and performance tracking for social media campaigns.
- Ability to identify opportunities to upsell or optimize client campaigns.
