Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
  • Understand client goals and marketing objectives, especially in social media campaigns, and translate them into actionable plans for the internal team.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the marketing team, providing clear briefs, feedback, and updates.
  • Organize, schedule, and manage meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables using tools like and CRM systems.
  • Maintain and update client information and project progress in CRM tools.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with clients.
  • Prioritize and organize multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or social media management within a marketing or digital agency.
  • basic social media knowledge across platforms like Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience in scheduling, task management, and meeting coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., , Trello) and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
