Odoo Consultant

Advantari is looking for an experienced Odoo Consultant who combines strong business analysis skills with technical-functional expertise to join our growing team in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into efficient Odoo ERP solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules — including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize system workflows.
• Provide end-user training, support, and continuous system improvements.

Requirements:

• Odoo-certified professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience and at least 3 full Odoo implementations.
• Strong functional understanding and the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must already reside in Bahrain.
