Job Summary:

Camp Boss is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and coordination of daily operations within the workers' camp. This includes ensuring proper accommodation, hygiene, safety, catering, and general welfare of all camp residents. The Camp Boss oversees camp staff, maintains facilities, and ensures compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations to provide a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all camp operations, including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the camp.
• Monitor food quality, kitchen hygiene, and catering services.
• Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, inventory, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with HR and Administration regarding employee arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
• Oversee the performance of camp staff (cleaners, cooks, office boys, etc.) and ensure efficient teamwork.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance or safety issues and report them for immediate action.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Handle camp-related complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain discipline and harmony among residents.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification; hospitality or facility management background is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in camp or facility management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to manage multicultural teams and maintain discipline.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
