About the role:

What you'll be doing:

Help with hiring - screen applications and set up interviews.
Support onboarding - prepare for new joiners and guide their first week.
Keep records updated - assist with leaves, contracts, and files.
Share observations - spot what's working and what needs fixing.
Assist with team activities - help plan simple events and sessions.

You can speak and write in both Arabic and English
