About Us:

Ali Al Mulla Group is a growing name in the luxury retail and beauty industry, operating premium stores across Bahrain and the UAE. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the operations of our two retail locations, ensuring excellence in customer service, sales performance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of both retail shops, ensuring smooth coordination and performance.
  • Achieve sales targets and profitability goals across both locations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Coordinate marketing, promotions, and seasonal campaigns with the management team.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance across both shops.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in beauty, fashion, or luxury brands.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of sales reports, KPIs, and retail operations.
  • Flexible to travel between Bahrain and UAE as required.
  • Knows language arabic and freNch
