About Us:

Eathai Restaurant is a vibrant, fast-growing Thai dining concept in Bahrain. We specialize in delivering authentic flavors with a modern twist. We're now hiring a Head Chef to lead our culinary team and drive innovation, quality, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including hygiene, staff training, and inventory.
  • Develop new menu items and maintain high culinary standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Manage food cost controls and vendor relationships.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the culinary team.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years professional kitchen experience; at least 2–3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in Thai cuisine, with strong understanding of Pan-Asian flavors (Thai and Chinese) to innovate and adapt menus.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety.
  • Experience training and leading diverse teams.
