Piping Supervisor

The Piping Supervisor oversees all piping construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, quality control procedures, and project specifications. Reporting to the Piping Superintendent, this role manages manpower (direct hire or subcontracted), coordinates prefabrication and installation of piping systems, and ensures timely execution of all tasks within the piping scope.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Leadership

• Enforce company policies on Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Quality.
• Lead and organize site teams (foremen to helpers) to meet project goals.
• Apply stop-work policies and waste management procedures in collaboration with HSE.

Execution & Coordination

• Supervise prefabrication and installation of piping lines per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate material receipt, storage, and erection activities.
• Define resource needs (personnel, tools, logistics) in collaboration with the Piping Superintendent.
• Ensure all personnel are certified and trained for site access and task execution.

Reporting & Planning

• Submit progress reports, manpower updates, and equipment status using designated forms.
• Establish daily activity schedules with foremen to optimize workflow across work areas.

Verify permits to work with HSE department

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Held a Piping Supervisor role within the last 3 years.
• High School Diploma in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical).
