Cocoon Medical Spa, Asia's most awarded aesthetic spa - is looking for an experienced Cleaner for their aesthetic spa in Bahrain. The clinic offers high end facial and wellness treatments.
Our spa Cocoon has been established for 10 years, in Bali we have 4 locations, Milan, and Bahrain. Our spa offers high end facial and wellness treatments.
We are a successful aesthetic beauty spa based in Bali for the last 10 years, including winner of Asia's best Medical Spa and Bali's best spa. We are now expanding to Bahrain and looking for a Receptionist to join us for a full-time position in Riffa.
Role Responsibilities:
Answer all enquiries – Whatsapp, telephone, email, social media etc.
Meets and greets clients warmly and is detailed in following our service process
Have a strong knowledge of the menu and prices completely and give accurate information to all enquiries
Upsell of our treatments and services, to the clients requirements and budget
Manage the scheduling of appointments accurately
Send reminder and thank you emails or messages for every client
Promotes and sells retail products
Maintain the register and inventory of all products
Cash handling and recording
POS check out and completing records daily at the end of the day
Accurately keep petty cash records and manage cash in and out
Maintain register of all the government and legal document
Requirements include:
Qualified relevant skills qualifications
Work visa in Bahrain
Attention to detail
Multitasking and ability to be calm and respond professionally while under pressure
Passion towards guest service
Flexible schedule, days and hours
Self motivated and goal driven
Warm, friendly personality with clear communication in English and Arabic (mandatory)
very high personal grooming and presentation
This role is based in Bahrain for minimum 2 year contract.
Salary is 220 BHD per month + 50 BHD meals + 150 BHD accommodation and transportation + service charge + tips + commissions
