Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in every pizza served.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
  • Assist senior chefs and support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
  • Monitor inventory and report shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 2 years of experience in pizza preparation or Italian cuisine.
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Good English communication skills.
