About the Role:

We are looking for a
motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent

to join our growing team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, skilled at building relationships, and capable of securing
at least 2 new property listings per day

.

This is a
commission-only role (50%)

, offering excellent earning potential for ambitious individuals who can meet or exceed their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and list a minimum of
    2 new properties daily

(rentals or sales).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.
- Conduct property visits, take photos/videos, and ensure accurate listing details.
- Negotiate offers and close deals professionally and effectively.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and listing team to ensure maximum property exposure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the
    Bahrain real estate market

.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
