Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Backend Software Developer for an on-site role located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Backend Software Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side logic, managing and developing databases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests, and integrating third-party APIs. The developer will work closely with front-end developers and other team members to create a strong and user-friendly product.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in server-side languages such as Java, Python, and PHP
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Familiarity with RESTful services and API integration
  • Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
